For many people, uncertain times can lead to anxiety and stress. The pandemic has led to some lifestyle changes and for many of us, this transition has been difficult. Now, more than ever, caring for our own mental health and managing stress is essential. However, sometimes this is easier said than done. Virtual Activities While Social Distancing
With the City of Los Angeles issuing the “Safer at Home” emergency order until April 19, 2020, we understand our members may be feeling worried and uncertain about the current state of the city. If you are bored at home and running out of shows to watch on Netflix, we have put together a list of resources our members can take advantage of in order to stay entertained while we do our part for the community and stay indoors.
