Announcement: The ACEBSA Store is Reopening!

ACEBSA is thrilled to announce the in-person reopening of our store on October 19, 2021. Read on to learn more about our reopening and what we are doing to ensure the safety of our staff and customers. We can't wait to safely see all of you in person again!

After over a year of online-only service, we are excited to announce that we will be reopening our store to ACEBSA members for in-person shopping and services beginning Tuesday, October 19, 2021! Our operations will remain mostly the same; however, we will be enacting some new policies in order to provide a comfortable and safe experience for both our customers and staff. While we are confident that we are taking the proper steps and precautions to make in-store shopping safe again, we also recognize that not everyone will feel comfortable visiting us right now. For our valued ACEBSA family members who are unable to shop in person, we will continue to offer assistance via our website, email, and over the phone.

Here’s a quick FAQ about our new store policies and procedures and what to expect when you visit the store.

What are the updated ACEBSA store hours?

Beginning October 19, the ACEBSA store will only be open on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays from 8 AM to 2 PM. This applies to both Suites 15 and 17. If you cannot make it to our store during these hours, don’t worry! Our online store will continue to be available at all hours of the day for all your needs.

What will be available at ACEBSA in-store?

Everything from our online store will be available in person, with the added bonus of being able to discuss your needs instantly with one of our customer service representatives. The main benefit of shopping in our in-person store is that you can also purchase merchandise on the spot and have it readily available on the day itself. As a refresher of what we currently offer, ACEBSA members can purchase discounted movie tickets, discounted theme park tickets, gift cards, City of LA merchandise, and ACEBSA merchandise. What COVID-19 precautions will ACEBSA be enforcing?

The safety of our staff and customers is our top priority, and we are reopening the store with the confidence that we are enacting the most up-to-date CDC precautions and policies to that end. For the safety of everyone, we will be strictly enforcing the following policies:

We will limit access to the store to two customers at a time.
Physical distancing will be implemented; customers in our store are required to be at least 6 feet apart at all times.
Masks will be mandated; all employees and customers will be required to wear a properly fitted mask over the mouth and nose for the entirety of their time in the store.
Each store will have hand sanitizer stations for disinfectant purposes.
Plexiglass will separate our staff from customers at every checkout counter for maximum safety.
We will only accept contactless and cashless payment methods, such as credit cards, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.

With our safety and precautionary policies, we feel strongly that we will be able to provide a safe shopping experience for our employees and members. However, as we have witnessed in this past year and a half, the COVID-19 situation is very volatile and can change rapidly.
